Client Charter
✤ Prepare annual financial report ending December 31 of each year in accordance with the schedule and the date fixed by the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) 
✤ Explaining the payment of all claims payments within 30 days from the date the document was received 
✤ Provide feedback to all transactions within 3 working days 
✤ To ensure that the distribution of customer orders are processed within 5 working days from the date of receipt of request 
✤ Ensure that all customer complaints responses are processed within 5 working days from the date the complaint was collected
✤ Provide courteous to all parties
✤ Always ready and willing to accept the views, suggestions and constructive criticism from all sides to improve the company's performance
